1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Publish My Mobile App ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

We provide mobile app publishing services, including but not limited to: Apple App Store and Google Play Store submissions, metadata optimization, screenshot formatting, developer account setup assistance, certificate management, and submission support.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your app
• Ensure you have all necessary rights and permissions to publish the app
• Provide timely access to developer accounts and app bundles
• Ensure your app complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Not submit apps containing malware, illegal content, or content that violates third-party intellectual property rights

4. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are as listed on our website and are subject to change with notice
• Payment is required before work begins on your submission
• Apple Developer Program ($99/year) and Google Play Console ($25 one-time) fees are not included in our pricing and are the client's responsibility

5. Refund Policy

If we are unable to submit your app due to reasons within our control, we will provide a full refund. If your app is rejected by Apple or Google due to code-level issues that require changes on your end, we will provide guidance on the required changes. Resubmission after code fixes is included in plans with revision allowances.

6. No Guarantee of Approval

While we have a 98% approval rate, we cannot guarantee that Apple or Google will approve your app. App store review decisions are made by Apple and Google at their sole discretion. We will make every reasonable effort to help your app meet their guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to your app, code, and content. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your submissions. Any tools, templates, or processes we use in our service remain our property.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, app details, and source code as confidential. We will not share your app or business information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services (e.g., submitting to app stores).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Publish My Mobile App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will return any credentials or access provided and complete any in-progress submissions where payment has been made.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
